User guide

Open the hub at https://one.innogen-pharma.com. Use your company email.

Sign in

1. Type your company email address.
2. Tap Continue with Corporate Login.

What happens next depends on whether this is your first time.

First time: one-time code

If you have not created a password for this app yet, a 6-digit code is sent to your email.

1. Open the email and copy the code. It expires in 10 minutes.
2. Type the code on the sign-in page.
3. Choose a password you will remember.
4. Tap Create and Sign in.

If the code does not arrive, wait for the timer, then tap Resend OTP code. Check your spam folder as well.

Next time: password

After the first sign-in, you use the password you created. No new code is sent.

1. Type the same company email.
2. Tap Continue with Corporate Login.
3. Type your password.
4. Tap Sign in.

If you forgot the password, tap Forgot password? on the Digital Hub sign-in page. A reset link is sent to your mailbox.

Addresses ending in @innogen-pharma.com sign in with Google instead of a code and password.

After you sign in

Use the search box to open Downloadable Forms, Apps & Tools, Directory, Cloud Storage, Fleet Portal, IT Support, and Employee Guidelines. The hub is for official business use.
